Tom Basler
Tom is a Partner and Principal owner of Synera Homes formerly Livian St. Louis & The Krause Basler Network, powered by Keller Williams Realty. Tom and his partner, Dawn Krause formally merged their businesses on October 1st, 2015.
Tom attended DeVry University in Kansas City, MO. and began his professional career as an electrical engineer for McDonnell Douglas, assigned to flight simulation. While he thoroughly enjoyed the job, Tom realized the limiting factors that existed in the corporate world and always had a desire to be an entrepreneur. He made a major career change in 1993 to take a chance on real estate and has never looked back. For years, he was an individual agent and then developed a small team. After 19 years at RE/MAX, Tom joined Keller Williams in October of 2013. That’s when he and Dawn Krause began to understand their alignment of both business and core values and formally merged their businesses on October 1st, 2015.
Dawn and Tom have served thousands of families with their combined 50+ years of real estate experience.
